I was called an Idiot by my family members, I was teased by my friends for being too idealistic and I was made to believe that it can't be done!

11 years later today, we have proven that it is all achievable and we have the results to show.

What Made The Difference?

After SELLING FOR FOR SO MANY YEARS from products to services to an idea, I have learnt that if we are to achieve desired results, we MUST always:

The above principles changed mt life. I am who I am today because my achievements and results made me believe that "IT IS POSSIBLE! IT CAN BE DONE!

Competent People That Care

As I grow older and wiser in my journey to create more opportunities, I am becoming extremely particular with the people that I work with and the kind of work that I do. I no longer can tolerate working with incompetent people that do not care about what they do. I do not want to waste my time helping those that do not want to help themselves.  I also do not want to waste my energy on things that I do not believe in. So if you realized that you are incompetent in any areas, its time to slap yourself silly and wake up before you are left out from moving forward with me and the team. And for those that are competent and cares about why we do what we do, you will have a long and rewarding journey ahead of us.

Character vs Competency

I have always hired people based on the above 2 Cs. Sometimes, I hire the right people with both Cs. Sometimes I hire the wrong people without the Cs. You see, people can tell you all sorts of things in interviews and stories that make you believe that they have whatever that you need for them to do the job. And sometimes they really do have it. However, a lot of people get too comfortable and stop working hard to do what is necessary to do better and achieve more. They let their ego and overconfidence to get the better of them. I honestly and sincerely believe that people can be good people. BUT THEY NEED TO STOP CHEATING THEMSELVES. We need to learn to really want to make a difference with the right moral values and integrity. I will respect you more if you own up to your mistakes instead of always blaming, complaining and giving excuses. These are 3 cardinal sins for me. For me, once you break the trust I have for you, it will be hard for me to work with you ever again. So please work hard to preserve the trust as it takes 3 years for you earn my trust. It will only take 3 seconds to lose it. You may have competency but if you do not have the right character, you will not survive here, you will not survive anywhere.

Of Money, Failures & Achievements

Any achievement that is worth any appreciation never comes easy.  To those that know about my past would know that I started my first business venture when I was 23. I was cheated by a crooked business partner and that was the end of it. I was a failed business entrepreneur. This is the 6th year that I am doing business for the 3rd time around and over the years, I have work on projects that have achieved tremendous success and made a lot of money. I have also worked on projects that have failed and lost lots of money.

After so many years, I can tell you that I have never worked harder than what I am doing now. I can also tell you that I have never been more excited to work on a lifelong project that is so meaningful that can make a huge difference for our country, community, our team and most importantly our students. We are just at the kick start of this amazing and awesome upcoming journey in 2017. Stay focus, work hard and be patient with me. Rewards will acknowledge those that endure the challenges and sacrifices that comes with it. Make it meaningful.

24 Hours & Productivity

We all have the same number of hours in a day. 24 Hours in a day. However, we do not all have the same amount of productivity. It is important for us to note that wasting time is a real sin that will NOT just become a bad habit, it will also become a pain in the ass for those that work with us. I would like to bring to your attention that we waste most of our lives away by making empty promises. And some of us just waste it away by hanging out at mamak stalls day in day out without being productive. If you find yourselves spending more than 1 hour hanging out at mamak stalls daily with no particular purpose or reasons then you better start to re-look at your productivity rate of being a productive person to be more,  to do more and to achieve more. If you feel that I am speaking to you then I am. Do something about it before you are being position as an unproductive person who is just wasting your life away.

Decisions and Choices We Make in Life!

I am a firm believer that we are the outcome of the decisions and choices that we make in life. If you are not happy with your current state, do something about it. Nothing will change unless we decide. Nothing will change unless we choose to move forward with the right intentions. Our lives are what we make of it. Do not leave it to chance as it will not be on our side. I do not believe in good luck for my successes. I also do not believe in bad luck for my failures.   I only believe in our beliefs, choices & decisions we make and actions that we take. The ONLY "Luck” I know is when when opportunity meets preparation.

Got LUCK or NOT?

A lot of people like to blame bad luck for their misfortunes. The same people also tend to give too much credit to good luck. So what is luck? Why do people tell each other good luck? To those that know me well will know that I do not believe in luck.

I have always been a firm believer that our results and achievements are the results of our decisions and actions. And if you must insist that there is such a thing called luck, “Luck” to me is when preparation meets opportunity. This means that we must continuously and consistently be preparing ourselves to be better each and every single day. We must be ready when the opportunities prevail itself. Only then we will be having good “luck’. So if you intend to have good luck all the time, be prepared and get better every single day.
